I have been told many times I'm crazy to offer to market someone's business with no contract and no upfront fee. But for me I believe in my work and always think, if someone is really that desperate for money that I bring them a customer and they don't pay me, its not the end of the world and I just stop bringing them customers.

I do agree to terms beforehand, but I'm not interested in contracts. If we agree to something and you decide not to honour your side, I will just walk away. No harm done.
