The warrant will be AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn. The court will let the DCA know you have done this (no worries).
So just in case they turn up anyway pretending they got a warrant, you have evidence by proof of your Special Delivery letter that they are lying. So perhaps video this with date and time, and now you have got the DCA and co. as criminals where the fields open up for you to make complaints.
Note the DCA can apply again for a warrant, so you do the same thing again-another objection letter.
It costs the DCA each time they apply and they dont get a refund from the court because you stopped it.
