So many people actually love playing the victim that they really do not want to heal.
They love telling people how sick or how much pain they are in. It is like some weird badge of honour.
If you truly wanted to be rid of pain, or disease you would change your diet, exercise more, quit all toxic substances and get more fresh air.
So many people love the sympathy they get from sharing their symptoms. It is actually a little bit pathetic, the way some people are with being ill.
If you really do not want to be sick start now eating only natural foods, organic where you can, do not make excuses about the cost as natural foods go a long way and are cheaper than many processed foods.
Start walking in the woods or near water. These are beneficial to you. Stop playing the victim and start realising you are responsible for your health issues and stop burdening other people and trying to gain sympathy for it. Other people deserve better.
