Your company has failed to provide verifiable proof that:

Under UK law, debt collection agencies must adhere to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, as well as the Administration of Justice Act 1970.
Until you provide the legally required documentation proving your authority to collect, I do not acknowledge this alleged debt.
Any further harassment from your company will result in formal complaints to the FCA, the Financial Ombudsman, and Trading Standards.
If I receive any further contact from yourselves without the required proof of claim, I will pursue legal action against your company for harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
You are required to acknowledge this letter and confirm in writing that you will cease all further contact within 14 days of receipt.
