How I stopped my craving for chocolate I'm sitting here all alone and really wanting to go and raid the fridge and have a chocolate bar. The problem is I've been so good for 8 days now, no chocolate at all, and I could kid myself that just one won’t harm. However that is never where it stops. Just the one won't harm, but the 100 or so after that (not all in one day, just accumulated over time until the next time I decide to stop) will harm. Chocolate affects my skin, it makes my skin fiery and it is really starting to calm right down now. I'm just not sure that one will do me any good but I need to do something else. Otherwise I will go and eat it. I need to learn self control. I was so determined earlier but something has triggered and I now want to eat the whole lot of it.
Yes I did it, I didn't go and binge on a bar of chocolate. I managed to stay well away from the fridge until the moment had passed. You might say it is only one bar it won't harm and no the one bar won't but it will trigger eating more and if I can learn to not give in just because I have an urge then I might just lose the weight and clear my skin.
