Firstly I'm not getting into the argument about whether global warming or climate change is real, that is a whole other debate. But people are blaming cows for whatever it is they perceive as being the current thing they have to be annoyed about.
Ok let's look at this logically. Cows have been around for about 10,500 years. Why suddenly now are they a problem?
Why only since humans industrialised the earth?
Even if you believe in global warming, climate change or whatever the current trend is to call the natural movement of the earth, you have to see cows are not the problem. The earth did perfectly well with them for thousands of years with no issues.
