This is very simple to remove

  1. Click the more actions drop down menu on the left hand side under print postage details
  2. Click mark as payment received
  3. Then select this drop down box again
  4. Click mark as payment not received.
Phew problem solved. Don't know why you can't just do it straight away but you have to mark it as paid to unmark it?
