How to stop coughing quickly and easily
For 9 weeks I had a constant chesty mucous cough. Any movement would cause an attack.This morning i remembered a trick we used on my daughter for her earache and decided to try it on my chest.
the trick is simply to heat the chest area with a hair dryer on a low heat for 5 minutes
Well low and behold I haven't coughed for ages despite moving around. Hopefully that is the cure I needed.
put hair dryer on the lowest warm setting on the slowest stream blow onto chest for 5 minutes.
you can also use a hot water bottle. The heat kills the infection.
Other cures:
- Pineapple Juice
- Teaspoon of Honey
- quarter a teaspoon of sea salt, dissolve under the tongue, then drink a glass of water
- Eat raw ginger
- Eat a clove of raw garlic
- Gargle with Salt water
