This is going to sound totally bonkers but bear with me. My lovely mum has been suffering with arthritis for years, in her shoulder, wrist, lower back and knees. She lived on pain killers taking up to 8 per day, more if she could get away with it.
A friend suggested eating
Gelatine she decidied rather than taking powedered Gelatine She would take Jelly Cubes Well low and behold after just a few months her movement in all areas has remarkably improved and the pain is almost none existent. She is no longer taking any pain killers. You can use any type of jelly, she just eats the cube, but you can eat Jelly tubs. Apparently the gelatin forms collagen. I'm not a doctor so don't quote me on this. But you could try it and see for yourself.
