Diet Tips These are tips from my twitter friends to lose weight.
ANYONE who wants to lose weight. Eat only meat/eggs/cheese and fish for 30 days. NOTHING ELSE and you will be the slimmest you have ever been. You can then eat normally. NO DIET OR PLAN CAN COMPETE, tried everything for the last 30 years.
Low Carb full fat diet & intermittent water only fasting. I Reversed 1)T2D 2)Obesity.3)Thumb infection that was not cured by 2X antibiotics.5) brain fog & memory losses.5)I also came of thyroid meds for underactive thyroid.6) Eyes improved & had to have new glasses
Regular stretching. I used to have regular bad lower back pain, since I've been regularly stretching, particularly hamstrings, I've been pain free for over 10 years Cut out sugar
Eat when you’re hungry, not because it “breakfast/lunch/dinner time”. Stop eating when you’re not hungry anymore, not when you physically can’t eat another thing, that’s over eating.
Stop eating processed food of any kind and cut out refined sugar. Buy a slow pressed juicer, drink plenty of fresh fruit and veg juice. It works Trust me Most of the time now keto.
No brekkie, proper lunch ( make time), red meat, bacon, eggs, loads of leafy veg, salad, few berries, nuts, bit of 100% choc, red wine.
No processed food, no oils, grains.
Lost 18 kg, feel 20 yrs younger.
Regular fasting seems to work for me. 1 day a week no food at all. It was horrendous when I first started. It's so easy now I barely notice it. Very rarely get ill. Don't seem to put weight on. I don't do much exercise but for some reason my fitness levels are very good as well.
I went sugar free and carb reduced and lost a stone in 3 months. Giving up sugar is like giving up smoking as in constant cravings. You have to be strong but it is so worth it! I admit that I havnt given up alcohol tho, I'm not that good.
Time restricted eating. I currently eat between noon and 5pm most days.
I cut out carbs, sugar etc first. I eat more meat and fat- less veg.
I just don't overthink food anymore, I'm amazed when I think how I used to be! Just eat real, organic, made from scratch food. Local and homegrown as much as possible. It’s made a huge difference in my and my families health.
