Put tie around your neck the fatter side to your left and long, the short skinny to your right and short.
Wrap the long fat side twice around the short skinny side
push the long fat side under the tie towards your throat and through the hole.
Where you wrapped it around the short skinny side there should be a hole. push the long fat side through this hole while holding the short skinny side end.
Pull the fat side down until you have the required knot then push the knot up holding the short skinny end
